I love this picture, it shows the band after 20 days of travelling through the country, playing up to Connecticut and back, all through June of 2011. We had been through alot on the journey, feeling seasoned, and ready for anything. This is in Philadelphia, MS after a Casino set. Well rested and well fed, we headed for home in celebration.

We had a great time with some local family, always a good thing when you play at home, and the band loves Gretna. We were right across the street from our GretnaFest stage, Great food and drinks, local love, got some cd’s out to the community!

We had a blast performing at The Grape Room in Philadelphia. Downtime before the show I was able to spend time with Pat Callahan, guitarist, best known for his work with the band, “Seether”
The locals were great and very supportive, one of my favorite cities away from home.

This was a very special night for me. I have been working on a writing piece regarding Viola Liuzzo, Civil Rights Activist who was murdered in 1965. My father was with me for support, and the room was half filled, stuffy, I was nervous, their piano has been newly tuned, different, good different. Next step, recording this one at StudioSeven17. Very happy!
